Terms & Conditions

These general terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements between Pure Group B.V. (trading as Pure Flights, hereafter "Pure Flights") and the client ("you").

Deviations from these terms are only valid when agreed upon in writing.

Pure Flights acts as an intermediary between you and third parties such as airlines, charter operators, hotels, yacht brokers and comparable partners. The final transport or accommodation contract is established between you and the relevant service provider.

Pure Flights is responsible for carefully arranging the booking, not for performing the flight, charter or accommodation itself.

A quote from Pure Flights is valid for the period mentioned in the quote, or, in the absence thereof, for 24 hours. Fares and availability of flights and charters may change after that.

The agreement is concluded as soon as you confirm the quote in writing (by email or WhatsApp) and the first payment has been made.

Our fees are transparent: you receive an upfront breakdown of the actual costs charged by the service provider and our fee.

• Payment is possible via bank transfer, all major credit cards or, on request, crypto
• For bookings above €10,000 a deposit may be requested
• For recurring clients a credit account is available
• All fares are in euros, unless otherwise stated
• Any currency exchange risk, fuel surcharges or tax changes are at the client's expense

Cancellation terms depend on the rules of the final service provider (airline, charter operator, etc.). Pure Flights communicates these terms with every quote and will work to offer you the most flexible options available.

• For cancellations, the policy of the relevant service provider applies
• Our fee is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed
• We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover
• For flexible tickets and charters we actively assist with changes

Pure Flights makes every effort to perform your booking flawlessly. However, our liability is limited to the amount of our fee for the relevant booking.

We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations or changes by airlines or operators
• Damage caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.)
• Loss of baggage or damage to personal belongings during the trip
• Consequential loss, lost profits or non-material damages
• Visa, passport or vaccination issues, which remain your own responsibility

In case of force majeure (including, but not limited to: war, terrorist threats, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, weather conditions and airport closures) we are not held to perform any obligation towards you.

In such cases we will make every effort to organise alternative solutions and to refund paid amounts where possible, in accordance with the rules of the original service provider.

Pure Flights operates under a strict confidentiality policy. All information you share with us, travel plans, preferences, financial details, is treated confidentially. We do not share client information with third parties without your express consent, except where strictly necessary to perform your booking.

Our staff and partners are contractually bound by an NDA.

You can submit a complaint about our services via info@pure-concierge.com. We aim to respond substantively within 5 business days.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, you are free to bring the dispute before the competent court in Amsterdam.

All agreements between Pure Flights and you are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation and otherwise submitted to the court in Amsterdam.

Pure Flights reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on this page and applies to all new bookings from the date of publication.
